New Phase of Egypt’s Capital Project Gains Global Attention
We are proud to contribute to the ongoing development of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital (NAC), which has officially entered its second phase. Announced at MIPIM 2025 by ACUD Chairman Khaled Abbas, this stage will feature cultural landmarks including an opera house, museums, and artist training centres - reinforcing NAC’s vision as a vibrant, liveable city.

With thousands of families already settled and 70% of industrial park space sold, NAC continues to attract strong investment and global partnerships. The project is positioned as a key hub for regional and international business.
