Contracts have been exchanged on BCI Studio’s three new luxury properties at Swan Place, Woking. Interest in the properties was exceptionally high and sales were completed in August despite uncertainty in the UK market and the usual summer slowdown.
Prices ranged from £895,000 to £1.195m with a GDV of £3.04m. BCIstudio proudly provided a turnkey development solution to AMCO Homes managing the design, planning and delivery stages.

BCI Studio has been appointed by CPI Property Group in Hungary to carry out a strategic review of its Polus shopping centre asset in Budapest and to make recommendations for the refurbishment and enhancement of the food court and mezzanine areas.
Design work is currently underway, with an intention to commence refurbishment works in early 2021.

The second play space to de delivered for Capital and Regional as its centrepiece for the refurbishment of the Marlowes Shopping Centre. As you can see the client couldn’t be happier with the outcome’

The stay and play opened at 8:00am on Saturday 25th April and the first guest to visit was Luisa, who was celebrating her third birthday on the day. Finishing touches are being carried out to the new build 7-bed property on Eastwick Road, Hersham. BCI studio successfully acquired planning permission for the client to demolish the existing bungalow and develop a new substantial family house.

The reconfigured play space within the central atrium of Capital & Regional’s Exchange Shopping Centre, Ilford, is proving to be hugely successful. It has helped to secure The Entertainer as a new lower ground floor anchor tenant and has had a positive impact on the footfall numbers recorded in the centre. It is a significant free community facility and is adored by local Ilford residents of all ages. It is well worth taking a look.
